CHRISTINA GERMINARIO, OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Christina Germinario was promoted to Operations Director at the Northern Virginia Therapeutic Riding Program in 2021, after having served as the Equine and Facilities Manager since 2015.
In her new role she will continue to oversee the needs of our expanding facility and equine herd, and will include leadership and strategy for the areas of facility, equine management, and volunteer management.
Christina completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Longwood University in 2015. She also obtained a certificate as a therapeutic riding instructor from the PATH International in August 2016.
At the age of 11, Christina started riding and she was rated up to C2/HB in a pony club in the Northern Virginia area. She likes hiking with her dog, Sophia, and traveling in her free time.
